Personal Training
Get yourself fit with one-on-one sessions. Whether its boxing, weights, running or circuits we can get you into shape.
Endurance Training
A more specific regime targeting muscular endurance. Focusing on high rep bodyweight exercises and supersets. Push yourself a little further – great for losing weight, toning up and building some lean muscle. This type of training can also supplement a good ultra marathon program.
Run Coaching
Want to run 3km, 5km, 10km or even a marathon? Want to improve your technique, get faster or simply want to run without feeling short of breath? A great man once said “running is the king of exercise” – and there are not many other activities that can get you as physically fit.
Ultramarathon Coaching
A comprehensive plan to get you running an ultramarathon (usually on mountain or trail). Includes endurance training, running plans, nutritional advice, equipment advice, race plans and details. This one is a real life changer, you’ll never look back.
